The Chapter, Auxiliary, and members of the community pooled resources to provide 33 Thanksgiving baskets to Local Veterans in need.
Many of the turkeys were purchased by a local member of the community, allowing the funds from the Chapter and Auxiliary to go further. This resulted in baskets with ALL the traditional Thanksgiving goodies.

Former Adjutant Tony Villarreal and Member Greg Harsh presented Veteran Sam (age 72) with an electric chair to get around on at his home in Sugar City, CO.
Recently, of Colorado Springs gave our Cadillac a new paint job and repaired an oil pan leak. They did this at no cost. The work was valued at $8,750.
After that,
provided a $450 service on the the car's transmission at no cost to the Chapter.
